Where tickets are sold, and who to ask about a refund.
Tickets are not sold on this website. Where we link to tickets, the link opens the ticketing site that sells them, and the purchase happens there.
The ticketing site's prices, booking fees and refund rules apply to tickets bought there. Please read them before buying.
Refunds are paid by the ticketing site you bought from, back to the payment method you used. Ask them first: they hold your booking.
Where we publish refund notes for a particular event, those notes apply as well.
If an event is cancelled or moves to a new date or venue, we announce it, and the ticketing site tells the people who booked.
If the ticketing site cannot help, or you have a question about the event itself, contact us through the Contact page with the event name and your booking reference.
