What personal information this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Visitors do not have accounts, and no tickets or payments are handled on this website.
When you send an enquiry or a message: the details you type into the form.
When you use the website: standard technical records kept by our hosting provider, such as the pages requested and the time. To limit repeated form submissions, a scrambled form of your network address is kept for a short time.
If you work for us and sign in to the team area: your name, email address, an optional mobile number, and your password, stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form that we cannot read.
When you follow a link to a ticketing site, you leave this website. What the ticketing site collects, and how it uses it, is set out in that site's own privacy policy.
To answer enquiries and messages you send us.
To keep the website secure and to prevent misuse, for example by limiting repeated sign-in attempts and form submissions.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with what was asked. Records of sign-in attempts are deleted after a day.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will delete it unless we are required to keep it.
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
